PCF Youth Recognition Form

This award is given to encourage Philomath youth to become actively engaged in community service and to recognize those who have already become involved. The PCF Youth Recognition Award was originally given by the City of Philomath who believed that young people and the community benefit from involvement in community service. - Click here to download the application.  Application available February 1st through March 31st of each year

The Mark Selby Memorial Scholarship

Mark Selby was 14 when he witnessed the death of his father in an accident.  This traumatic event changed his ability to cope with his family, school, and social relationships.  After attending a Wilderness Therapy Expedition, Mark was enrolled at Santiam Crossing.  His attendance and continued therapy at Santiam Crossing allowed Mark to become a loving, responsible, independent adult.  He died in a traffic accident in 2010, at the age of 22.  Hopefully, this scholarship to Santiam Crossing will help another Philomath student get the help they need.
